Shipping Policy

All TPB products are printed and shipped on demand. Here is what to expect after you place an order.

Shipping costs

TPB products are printed and shipped by Printify, our fulfillment partner. Shipping rates are set by Printify based on your location and the items in your order. We pass that cost through at checkout. We do not mark up shipping.

Free US shipping on orders $75+. When your cart subtotal hits that threshold, US shipping is on us. International shipping is always calculated at checkout.

Production time

Every item is made when you order it. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. This time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days
  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days
  • United Kingdom / Europe: 5 to 10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package through the carrier's website. TPB does not have access to real-time carrier data beyond what is in that tracking link.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. TPB has no control over customs processing times.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is still missing 5 days after the delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, contact us and we will reship at no cost. See our Refund Policy for full details on how we handle order issues.

Address errors

Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production we cannot make changes. TPB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Marketplace orders

Shipping timelines for third-party marketplace sellers may differ from the above. Check the seller's listing for their specific shipping details.
