Refund Policy

TPB does not offer refunds or returns as a standard policy. Here is why, and what we do instead.

Why we don't do refunds

Every purchase you make contributes directly to the TPB Community Fund. The moment a sale is completed, a portion of that revenue is allocated to the fund on your behalf. Reversing that transaction would mean pulling money back out of the community pool, and that's not something we're willing to do.

This is not a loophole or a way to avoid accountability. It is the architecture of the model. The fund's integrity depends on contributions being permanent. Your purchase is a real act, not a trial.

What we do cover

We will make it right at no cost to you if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days of shipping

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days past the expected delivery date for lost orders). We will reship at our expense. We do not issue cash refunds even in these cases. We reship.

Print-on-demand tolerance

Our products are printed on demand by Printify and Printful. Minor variations in color, placement, and print tone are normal and expected in print-on-demand manufacturing. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for a replacement.

Sizing

Size guides are provided on every product page. We strongly encourage you to check sizing before ordering. Incorrect size orders do not qualify for a replacement since the item was correctly fulfilled as ordered.

Marketplace purchases

For products sold by third-party sellers on the TPB Marketplace, refund terms are set by the individual seller. TPB is not responsible for refunds on marketplace purchases. Contact the seller directly, or reach out to us if the seller is unresponsive.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback on a valid order is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any voting rights associated with that purchase.
