By purchasing from or using The People's Billionaire ("TPB") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
TPB sells physical apparel and goods through our own catalog and through the TPB Marketplace. Products are fulfilled on demand via Printify and Printful. We do not hold inventory. Items are printed and shipped when you order them.
A portion of every qualifying purchase is contributed to the TPB Community Fund. The exact percentage varies by product and is displayed at checkout. Fund contributions are non-refundable once a purchase is completed. This is by design. Every sale is a permanent contribution to the fund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Completing a qualifying purchase earns you one lifetime vote in fund governance decisions. Voting rights are verified by purchase history and are non-transferable.
Third-party sellers on the TPB Marketplace operate under a separate Seller Agreement. TPB takes a 5% platform fee on all marketplace sales and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of third-party listings. Disputes with marketplace sellers should be directed to the seller first, then to TPB support if unresolved.
By submitting a design to TPB, you represent that you own the rights to that artwork and grant TPB a non-exclusive license to use it on products sold through our platform. You retain ownership of your original work. TPB reserves the right to decline any submission for any reason.
You may not use the TPB platform to engage in fraud, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
All TPB branding, design work, and site content is owned by The People's Billionaire. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
TPB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
