The People's Billionaire LLC ("TPB", "we", "our") is committed to being straight with you about what we collect and why. This page explains it plainly.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never store your card number.

When you create an account we collect your email address and a password hash. We do not store plain-text passwords.

When you visit the site, standard server logs record your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site running and spot abuse, not to build a profile on you.

How we use it

Order data is used to fulfill your purchase, send shipping updates, and calculate fund contributions. We do not sell your data.

We also use analytics and advertising tools to see what works and to measure our ads. That part is spelled out below, because you deserve to know exactly who sees what.

Your email may be used to send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping notifications). If you opt in to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate:

  • Printify / Printful: product fulfillment. Your name and shipping address are shared with them to fulfill your order.
  • Stripe / PayPal: payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policies.
  • WordPress / WooCommerce: store platform. Data is stored on our hosting server.

And the following measurement tools. Most sites run these quietly. We would rather tell you:

  • Meta Pixel: tells us when our ads lead to visits, carts, and purchases. Meta receives pages you view here, actions like add to cart or purchase, and browser identifiers. Opt out of ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences.
  • Google Analytics: aggregate traffic stats (pages, sources, devices). We look at totals, not individuals.
  • Pinterest Tag: same idea as the Meta Pixel, for Pinterest.

Outside of fulfillment, payment, and the measurement tools listed above, we do not share your data with anyone.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart session active and to remember if you are logged in. The measurement tools above also set their own cookies to do their jobs. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely, and the site works fine if you do.

Your rights

You can request a copy of all data we hold on you, ask us to delete your account and associated data, or correct any inaccurate information. To do any of this, email us at contact@peoplesbillionaire.com.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
